  • Recruitment & Onboarding : Manage end-to-end hiring including job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation processes.
  • Employee Relations : Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns; support conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
  • Policy Implementation & Compliance : Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with Egyptian labor laws.
  • Performance Management : Facilitate performance review cycles, provide guidance to managers on performance issues, and track improvement plans.
  • HRIS & Records Management : Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and generate periodic HR reports.
  • Training & Development : Identify training needs and support the implementation of learning and development initiatives.
  • Organization Development (OD) : Assist in the design and implementation of employee engagement, culture-building, and talent development programs.
  • Contribute to organizational structure reviews, workforce planning, and role design.
  • Participate in succession planning and career development frameworks.
  • Employee Engagement : Organize team-building activities, employee recognition, and wellness initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Data & Metrics : Track and analyze key HR and OD metrics such as turnover, engagement, and training effectiveness to support data-driven decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • 3–10 years of HR experience in the same role
  • Working knowledge of Egyptian labor law
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Familiarity with performance and talent management systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms
