الوصف الوظيفيRecruitment & Onboarding : Manage end-to-end hiring including job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation processes.Employee Relations : Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns; support conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.Policy Implementation & Compliance : Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with Egyptian labor laws.Performance Management : Facilitate performance review cycles, provide guidance to managers on performance issues, and track improvement plans.HRIS & Records Management : Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and generate periodic HR reports.Training & Development : Identify training needs and support the implementation of learning and development initiatives.Organization Development (OD) : Assist in the design and implementation of employee engagement, culture-building, and talent development programs.Contribute to organizational structure reviews, workforce planning, and role design.Participate in succession planning and career development frameworks.Employee Engagement : Organize team-building activities, employee recognition, and wellness initiatives to foster a positive work environment.Data & Metrics : Track and analyze key HR and OD metrics such as turnover, engagement, and training effectiveness to support data-driven decisions.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field3–10 years of HR experience in the same roleWorking knowledge of Egyptian labor lawStrong interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skillsFamiliarity with performance and talent management systemsProficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms
