الوصف الوظيفيProvide first-level support to end-users on Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, CRM, and Accounting.Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues or escalate complex issues to the Odoo development or infrastructure team.Assist in testing, documentation, and rollout of new Odoo features or process changes.Collaborate with department heads to gather feedback and suggest Odoo optimizations that align with business needs.Ensure data integrity and help with periodic audits and cleanups.Participate in testing, user acceptance, and deployment activities for new customizations.Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field2-3 years of experience working with ERP systems; Odoo experience is a plus.Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and inventory management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to learn quickly and work both independently and as part of a team.Prior exposure to ERP systems support in a manufacturing or industrial settingFamiliarity with helpdesk or ticketing tools.
