الوصف الوظيفيOwn the end-to-end recruitment process for commercial roles (e.g., Sales Reps, Sales Supervisors, Wholesale Account Managers, etc.).Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.Manage job postings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate assessments.Build and maintain strong pipelines for ongoing hiring needs across multiple governorates.Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Support employer branding initiatives to attract top sales talent.Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics related to commercial hiring.Continuously optimize the recruitment process for speed and quality.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.3+ years of experience in recruitment, with proven experience in sales or high-volume hiring requiredStrong knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, Facebook Groups).Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and deliver under tight timelines.Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.Familiarity with the FMCG or wholesale industry is a strong advantage.
