Hardware Technical Support Agent

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Hardware Technical Support Agent  to join our  Authorized Service Center . The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Apple hardware devices, including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and iMacs, ensuring they meet Apple standards and customer satisfaction.

Job Duties

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues in Apple devices.
  • Perform component-level repairs (screens, batteries, logic boards, etc.).
  • Use Apple diagnostic tools and complete service documentation.
  • Ensure all repairs meet Apple’s service quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate repair records and manage spare parts inventory.
  • Handle customer technical inquiries professionally.
  • Collaborate with other technicians to ensure a smooth workflow.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in CS, Computer Hardware, information systems, or related field.
  • Good in English – both spoken and written.
  • Customer service experience is a must (preferably in tech or retail environments).
  • Proven experience in hardware repair, preferably with Apple products.
  • Good understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and electronic circuits.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Apple tools and repair documentation.
  • Ability to handle customer queries and provide basic technical guidance.
