Hardware Technical Support Agent
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Hardware Technical Support Agent to join our Authorized Service Center . The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Apple hardware devices, including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and iMacs, ensuring they meet Apple standards and customer satisfaction.
Job Duties
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues in Apple devices.
- Perform component-level repairs (screens, batteries, logic boards, etc.).
- Use Apple diagnostic tools and complete service documentation.
- Ensure all repairs meet Apple’s service quality standards.
- Maintain accurate repair records and manage spare parts inventory.
- Handle customer technical inquiries professionally.
- Collaborate with other technicians to ensure a smooth workflow.
Job Requirements
Diploma or degree in CS, Computer Hardware, information systems, or related field.Good in English – both spoken and written.Customer service experience is a must (preferably in tech or retail environments).Proven experience in hardware repair, preferably with Apple products.Good understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and electronic circuits.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment.Basic knowledge of Apple tools and repair documentation.Ability to handle customer queries and provide basic technical guidance.Locations :
