About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on CX & Product Specialist to be the on-the-ground eyes, ears, and voice of our F&B brands. This is a hybrid role blending customer care, product quality, and operational support — ideal for someone passionate about food, people, and continuous improvement.
You’ll report directly to the founder and serve as a trusted partner in delivering delightful customer experiences and ensuring product excellence across kitchens and delivery channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Follow-Up : Call customers after their orders to gather feedback, ensure satisfaction, and build loyalty.
- Complaint Handling : Investigate complaints and resolve issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Feedback Collection : Continuously document customer insights and pain points to inform product and operational decisions.
- Mystery Shopping : Perform regular anonymous order tests, evaluating taste, quality, packaging, and delivery.
- Kitchen Quality Audits : Visit kitchens regularly to monitor hygiene, consistency, and presentation; take photos / videos and generate reports.
- Local Sourcing Support : Assist in finding local suppliers and sourcing ingredients based on quality and cost targets.
- Founder’s On-Ground Partner : Act as a reliable right-hand to the founder, representing the brand and escalating urgent matters when needed.
