Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management and quality assurance, particularly in technology deployments. Demonstrated experience in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management tools preferably JIRA and QA tools. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and process improvement. Certification in project management Familiarity with automated testing frameworks is a plus.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project and Quality Assurance Manager to lead the successful execution of technology deployment projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, quality assurance, and hands-on experience managing tech deployments. Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools is a significant advantage.
Project Management responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and oversee multiple technology deployment projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scopes, objectives, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders, to achieve project goals.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies to maintain project health and ensure successful delivery.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders, including progress reports and performance metrics.
