  • Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasting models and pipelines in coordination with sales leadership.
  • Oversee CRM system usage (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy and process compliance.
  • Design and implement sales processes, workflows, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain) to streamline operations.
  • Track and analyze sales incentive plans, commissions, and targets.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the sales process to improve efficiency.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team on tools and processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with BI tools is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and process orientation.
