Teachers Mentor - Remotely

الوصف الوظيفيProvide continuous mentoring and guidance to a group of teachers Monitor daily readiness, punctuality, and teaching quality Evaluate demo lessons, onboarding progress, and training performance Approve readiness to activate new teachers based on mentorship criteria Conduct weekly check-ins and provide written or verbal feedback Coordinate with the training team to support teacher development Support in managing vacation requests, resignations, and student transfers Handle performance issues and escalate violations to HR when needed Document all updates through IQRA’s systems (Dashboard, ClickUp, Intercom) Participate in meetings and report weekly updates to department heads Proven teaching experience (minimum 2 years), preferably online Strong background in Quran, Arabic, or Islamic Studies Experience in coaching, supervision, or academic mentoring is a plus Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken) Ability to observe, give constructive feedback, and support diverse teachers Comfortable using tools like Zoom, Google Workspace, ClickUp, Intercom High attention to detail and organized in task follow-up Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Aligned with IQRA’s mission and commitment to academic excellence
