Key Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and manage daily accounting operations.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and company policies.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits.
  • Oversee budgeting processes and financial planning activities.
  • Develop and implement internal controls and accounting procedures.
  • Lead and support the accounting team to ensure high performance and professional growth.

Education & Certifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g. CPA, CMA) is preferred.

    • Experience :

  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in accounting.
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or senior-level accounting role.
  • Solid knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and auditing procedures.

    • Technical Skills :

  • Strong understanding of IFRS and international accounting principles.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or other ERP platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

    • Core Competencies :

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Effective leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
