  • Preparing and sending issuance requests to the branches .
  • Prepare invoices .
  • Preparing the movements of technicians at the main center .
  • Preparation of issuance requests .
  • Prepare a plan for monthly maintenance visits and their observations .
  • Adding new companies to the plans .
  • Register the devices and guarantees to complete the monthly plans and print them .
  • Send RFPs (special maintenance report).
  • Preparation of quotations.
  • Preparation, analysis and report of holidays.
  • Preparation of letters for maintenance reports .
  • Preparation of purchase orders .
  • Preparing applications for issuing checks .
  • Receipt and delivery of cash authorizations .
  • Prepare a report on the receipt of maintenance contracts .
  • Must be a resident of Cairo and Giza.
  • Be advanced Excel and excellent in MS Office.
  • Good at English language.
  • Must have a high qualification ( no specific college required ).
  • Experience from 1 to 2 years and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • The applicant must be a maximum of 28 years old
