Responsible for the development and location of retail stores, including project information collection, screening (market research, business Job analysis), negotiation, signing, maintenance and housing leasing.

Good Command of CAD Tools.

Responsible for the opening preparation and approval of the store.

Coordinate and arrange the location and layout of new stores, deploy and coordinate related work.

Responsible for market research and market analysis of new stores with effective follow-up plan.

Any Other Assignments form the direct manager.

Proven branch management experience, as a Bank Manager or similar role

Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices

Ability to meet sales targets and production goals

Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations

Excellent organizational skills

Results driven and customer focused

Leadership and human resources management skills

BS in Business Administration or related field
