الوصف الوظيفيAct as the point of contact between the manager and internal / external clientsHandle requests and queries appropriatelyAssist in planning and coordinating inbound and outbound shipments .Prepare and manage shipping-related documents such as invoices, bills of lading, delivery orders .Communicate with vendors, and internal departments to ensure proper execution of shipments.Follow up on delivery schedules and provide status updates to the operations manager.Help monitor inventory levels, stock movement , and warehouse activities.Ensure data entry accuracy in logistics systems and tracking tools.Handle routine administrative tasks such as reporting, and scheduling.Support in solving operational issues or shipment delays.Coordinate with the warehouse team for packing, labeling, and dispatch readiness.Assist in preparing monthly operational reports for management review.This position is available in both our 6th of October and El Obour branches.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.1–3 years of experience in an administrative or operations / logistics role (shipping or cargo background is a plus).Good understanding of shipping documentation and logistics procedures.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Experience using ERP or logistics software is a plus..Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
