الوصف الوظيفيManage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and industry-specific channels.Screen and evaluate applicants for qualifications, experience, and culture fit.Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and efficient hiring processes.Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles in production, culinary, and foodservice operations.Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and source effectiveness.Stay informed on industry trends and competitor hiring practices.Participate in employer branding efforts, including career fairs, campus recruiting, and digital campaigns.Ensure all recruiting practices comply with company policies and employment laws.BSc in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant field4 - 7 Years of experience in recruitment (food & Beverage) is a must. (White & Blue collars).Very Good command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing).Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, WUZZUF and Glassdoor.Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency – Expert-level user of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with experience in creating reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and data analysis.Strong interpersonal skillsGood written and verbal communications skillsTeam spirit.
