  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and industry-specific channels.
  • Screen and evaluate applicants for qualifications, experience, and culture fit.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and efficient hiring processes.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles in production, culinary, and foodservice operations.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and source effectiveness.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor hiring practices.
  • Participate in employer branding efforts, including career fairs, campus recruiting, and digital campaigns.
  • Ensure all recruiting practices comply with company policies and employment laws.
  • BSc in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant field
  • 4 - 7 Years of experience in recruitment (food & Beverage) is a must. (White & Blue collars).
  • Very Good command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing).
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, WUZZUF and Glassdoor.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency – Expert-level user of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with experience in creating reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and data analysis.
