الوصف الوظيفيLead end-to-end recruitment for White collar and blue-collar positions (e.g., cleaners, security guards, maintenance workers).Coordinate onboarding, contract signing, and orientation for new hires.Manage attendance, leave tracking, and update records for blue-collar staff.Handle employee relations issues and act as a bridge between workers and management.Ensure accurate preparation of payroll inputs related to working hours, overtime, and deductions.Maintain employee files, ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with labor regulations.Support the performance review process and suggest improvements for worker retention.Follow up on legal and regulatory compliance including social insurance and labor office documentation.Support HR initiatives such as training, safety awareness, and engagement activities.Liaise with operations, site supervisors, and external staffing agencies as needed.Prepare regular HR reports on workforce status, turnover, and recruitment metrics.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in service-oriented companies.Proven track record in recruiting and managing blue-collar workers.Solid knowledge of local labor law and social insurance procedures.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with HRMS is a plus.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Able to work in dynamic environments and handle multiple priorities.
