The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing client business processes, configuring and customizing Odoo ERP modules, and providing training and support during and after the implementation process.
- Analyze and understand client business requirements.
- Configure and customize Odoo modules based on client needs.
- Conduct functional testing and quality assurance.
- Provide user training and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with developers to design and deliver custom features when necessary.
- Document configurations and implementation processes.
- Proven experience in Odoo implementation (0-3 years).
- Strong understanding of business processes (accounting, sales, inventory, etc.).
- Ability to configure and customize various Odoo modules.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with project management tools is a plus.
