Lead the end-to-end artwork process from design adaptations to artwork dispatch to printer
Leading designers, prioritizing projects and managing team capacity
Brief internal design team for design / artwork development
Coordinate artwork development with multifunctional teams, including innovation, regulatory and R&D initiated projects
Fully own the artwork process and continuously optimize it into an innovation project management process to deliver projects on time in full.
Ensure Kraft Heinz brand build guidelines are followed for all artwork designs
Ensure full system (Atlas) integration for MEA projects and verify approval loop completeness
Create and maintain artwork tracking system, local artwork archive and cutter guide library (with R&D) for MEA region
Provide reference artwork, cutters, specific information (symbols) and expert print guidance at kick-off and pre-artwork meetings
Request packaging codes, own hand-off of approved artwork / dispatch confirmation to factory and support parallel internal processes, e.g. SAP BoM data collection kick-off
Manage artwork amends and Atlas approvals related to print quality – cutter selection, bar code accuracy / quality / readability, packaging codes, coding space, artwork legend (e.g. printer name, print technology, pack type)
What You Bring :
Minimum experience 2-3 years in project management, preferably related to packaging artwork
Good analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Drive and determination to execute the project in a dynamic FMCG environment
Fast paced decision making based on facts
Proactively seek opportunities to increase knowledge, skills and abilities
Fluency in English is a must.
Ability to meet deadlines
Demonstrated project coordination experience within a print, pre-press, or graphics manufacturing environment (is a plus)
