Provide product information, assist with orders, and resolve any issues or complaints professionally. Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships. Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Strong verbal communication skills in Arabic and English. Friendly, persuasive, and confident phone manner. Previous experience in telesales or customer support is a plus. Ability to multitask and stay organized. Passion for coffee is a big bonus!
