Senior Quality Engineer - Sheet Metal

الوصف الوظيفيAnalyze test results and collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues. Investigate non-conformities and implement effective corrective and preventive actions. Review engineering drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with quality standards. Support ISO and other quality system certifications, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and other quality documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet quality and regulatory requirements. Conduct root cause analysis and apply corrective measures to prevent recurrence of quality issues. Prepare detailed reports on quality control activities and product performance. Lead and manage quality personnel involved in process and final inspections. Provide technical guidance and training to quality staff to enhance their skills. Evaluate team performance and identify training needs for continuous skill development. Ensure products are manufactured in accordance with applicable specifications and standards. Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or Industrial). 5–7 years of experience in industrial quality management. Solid understanding of ISO standards and audit processes. Experience in sheet metal forming is a plus. Familiarity with welding processes and standards is a plus. Knowledge of metal painting processes is preferred. Knowledge of welding processes is preferred. Awareness of Lean and Six Sigma principles. Proven ability to lead and manage a team of quality inspectors.
