Description
As a Talent Acquisition Senior Associate, you will play a key role in driving the talent acquisition strategy for PwC ETIC. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role requires a proactive, hands-on approach to recruitment, as well as the ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of talent acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Strategy & Sourcing :
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and team culture.Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify top-tier talent.Use a variety of sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, and direct outreach.
Recruitment Process Management :
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for senior-level and specialized positions.Manage candidate pipelines, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.Partner with hiring managers to ensure effective interview processes and assessment techniques.
Candidate Experience :
Provide a high-touch and personalized experience for all candidates.Ensure timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.Support candidates during the onboarding process to ensure smooth transitions.
Data & Reporting :
Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate quality) and provide regular reports to HR leadership.Use data and analytics to drive continuous improvements in the recruitment process.
Employer Branding :
Advocate for PwC ETIC's employer brand in all recruitment activities.Participate in career fairs, networking events, and online forums to promote the company and its culture.
Team Leadership & Mentorship :
Mentor and provide guidance to junior talent acquisition team members.Contribute to the development and refinement of talent acquisition best practices and policies.
Market Insights & Trends :
Stay informed about talent market trends and competitor hiring practices.Provide insights to leadership on market trends and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
