الوصف الوظيفيIdentify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.Conduct market research to understand export trends, customer needs, and competition.Build and maintain long-term relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and partners.Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions with foreign customers.Handle all documentation related to export operations, including invoices, shipping documents, customs paperwork, and compliance forms.Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings as required.Monitor and report on performance in international markets, including sales metrics and customer feedback.Ensure compliance with international trade laws, regulations, and company export policies.Bachelor's degree in business administration, international trade, marketing, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in export sales, preferably in [FMCG / manufacturing / herbal products].Strong knowledge of international sales regulations, Incoterms, and export documentation.Proven ability to build and manage global client relationships.Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).Willingness to travel internationally when needed.Self-motivated, results-driven, and culturally aware.
