  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
  • Conduct market research to understand export trends, customer needs, and competition.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions with foreign customers.
  • Handle all documentation related to export operations, including invoices, shipping documents, customs paperwork, and compliance forms.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings as required.
  • Monitor and report on performance in international markets, including sales metrics and customer feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade laws, regulations, and company export policies.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, international trade, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in export sales, preferably in [FMCG / manufacturing / herbal products].
  • Strong knowledge of international sales regulations, Incoterms, and export documentation.
  • Proven ability to build and manage global client relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
  • Willingness to travel internationally when needed.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and culturally aware.
