Mechanical Design Engineer

الوصف الوظيفيCreate and develop mechanical designs and drawings for products and systems based on customer requirements and industry standards. Use CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) to create detailed 3D models and technical drawings. Perform design analysis and simulations (e.g., stress, thermal, fluid dynamics) to ensure the product meets performance requirements. Design prototypes and lead testing efforts to validate design concepts before production. Work closely with manufacturing, quality assurance, and procurement teams to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective. Continuously improve designs for efficiency, cost reduction, and manufacturability without compromising performance. Prepare technical documentation, reports, and specifications related to mechanical design work. Ensure designs comply with relevant engineering standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field. 3+ years of experience in mechanical design engineering. Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA) and engineering design principles. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct design analysis (stress, thermal, fluid flow). Ability to innovate and think creatively to design efficient and practical solutions. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in design and technical drawings. Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders. Experience managing design projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals. Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to mechanical design
