Freight Procurement :

Negotiate rates and secure freight space with shipping lines to meet client requirements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with shipping lines and carriers.
Monitor market trends and freight rate fluctuations to optimize procurement strategies.

Logistics Operations :

Coordinate the resale of freight services to customers, ensuring competitive pricing and profitability.

Manage the end-to-end process of freight bookings, including documentation and compliance.

Oversee transportation, warehousing, and distribution to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

Resolve operational issues, including delays, disputes, or service interruptions, with carriers and clients.

Customer Service & Reporting :

Communicate regularly with clients to provide shipment updates and ensure customer satisfaction.

Prepare and analyze operational reports, including shipment performance, cost analysis, and profitability.

Maintain accurate records of transactions, contracts, and operational data.

Proven experience in logistics operations, freight procurement, or a related field.

Strong understanding of shipping line processes, freight rates, and logistics operations.

Excellent negotiation, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office applications.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Optional] A bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration is preferred.
