We’re Hiring Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist

Roaya Group for Electrical Contracting & Supplies is looking for a talented and creative Marketing & Social Media Specialist to manage our online presence and design promotional content for our social media platforms and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Create visual content for social media, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Manage the company’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Plan and schedule engaging online campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  • Set up, Monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta & Google)
  • Coordinate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency.
  • Visit project sites to take photos / videos during delivery and installation.

    • Working Hours :

  • Sunday to Thursday – from 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
  • Friday and Saturday – Days Off
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media & digital marketing.
  • Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Knowledge of social media trends and content strategies.
  • Hands-on experience in running paid campaigns using Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong writing and communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Creative thinking and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), including keyword research, content optimization, and understanding of how to improve online visibility.
  • Understanding of basic photography / video for documentation.

    • Note : This position is open to both male and female candidates aged 25 – 40.
