We are seeking a skilled Textile Production Engineer to oversee manufacturing processes, optimize production efficiency, and ensure high-quality output in our textile plant. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of yarn, fabric, or garment production, along with problem-solving skills to improve workflows and reduce waste.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Production Planning & Process Optimization
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet targets.
- Monitor machinery performance (spinning) and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Optimize production parameters (speed, tension, temperature) to improve efficiency.
2. Quality Control
Ensure products meet industry standards and customer specifications.Conduct tests on raw materials and finished productAddress defects and implement corrective actions.3. Maintenance & Safety
Coordinate with maintenance teams to prevent machine breakdowns.Enforce safety protocols (lockout / tagout, PPE) in compliance with OSHA or local regulations.4. Cost & Waste Reduction
Identify opportunities to reduce material waste and energy consumption.Analyze production data to minimize downtime and lower costs.5. Team Collaboration
Train operators on best practices for machinery handling.Work with R&D to test new materials or techniques.Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering , Industrial Engineering ONLYyears of experience in textile manufacturing (spinning at least 4-7)Familiarity with industry standards, such as ISO, ASTM, and environmental regulations.
