الوصف الوظيفيLead, mentor, and manage the quality assurance team to achieve departmental goals and objectives Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure effective and efficient testing of software products Establish quality standards and best practices for software development and testing Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality objectives are met throughout the software development lifecycle Coordinate and oversee testing activities, including test planning, test execution, and defect management Identify, track, and report on key quality metrics and trends to drive continuous improvement Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and software testing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 7 - 10 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with test planning, test execution, and defect management
- Experience with test automation and manual testing
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively lead and manage a team of QA engineers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
