We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our team. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our clients and
customers, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. This role involves
handling various customer inquiries, resolving issues, and contributing to overall customer
satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Interaction : Engage with customers through multiple channels (phone,
email, chat) to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues promptly and
effectively.
Issue Resolution : Identify and troubleshoot customer problems, offering solutions orescalating issues as necessary to ensure resolution.
Product Knowledge : Maintain a thorough understanding of company products,services, and policies to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
Documentation : Accurately record and document customer interactions andtransactions in the system for future reference and reporting.
Follow-Up : Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure that issues are resolved totheir satisfaction and provide additional support as needed.
Feedback : Collect and relay customer feedback to help improve services andprocesses.
Compliance : Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements toensure compliance in all customer interactions.
Education : High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred.Experience : Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a BPOenvironment, is a plus.
Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong problem-solvingabilities; proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.

team.
