GISACC - Integration Technical Lead

Responsibilities

Design, maintain, and support software applications using TIBCO BusinessWorks based on product backlog features and business priorities

Understand and analyze business requirements to identify any gaps or missing specifications / prerequisites needed to perform development and testing activities based on TIBCO BusinessWorks solution

Responsible for the integration solution architecture

Generate / Update Integration Solution Design Document

Participate in adding product backlog items for business review

Collaborate with development teams to integrate new features and enhancements into existing systems

Resolve defects and perform application maintenance activities

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.

Interface and coordinate with customers all technical activities related to integration Delivery

Perform technical reviews on software design and coding

Follow standard team processes and guidelines and ensure process conformance

Contribute effectively in the continuous improvement of his / her project, team, and work environment by submitting improvement proposals whenever possible

Interact and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Provide needed support for his / her Team

Raise flags proactively for any issue that can impact his / her project or team

Qualifications

B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Communication, or Electronics

B.Sc. in Computer Science

4 6  Years of experience

Strong programming skills in languages and databases such as Java , DB Oracle , PostgresDB  and other commonly used like JSON , XML , XSD

In-depth understanding of various integration patterns (e.g., point-to-point, publish-subscribe, request-reply , messaging ) and when to apply them.

Hands-on experience with integration technologies, such as Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), message brokers, and middleware.

Strong Knowledge of software system architecture and the ability to design integration architectures that align with organizational goals.

Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining APIs (Application Programming Interfaces).

Experience in Web services protocol like REST , SOAP and experience in building and consuming web services

Experience in RESTful API design principles, best practices

Hands-on experience with integration platforms and tools (e.g : TIBCO, WebMethods )

Ability to design and implement robust integration solutions.

Experience in version control systems like Git for codebase changes

Familiarity with CI / CD concepts and tool for automating the build , test and deployment processes

Excellent Troubleshooting and debugging skills

Strong understanding of business processes, workflow, and use cases

Support production operation monitoring and incident management
