Analyze HR data to uncover trends, correlations, and opportunities across recruitment, Employees performance, Turnover & retention, and employee engagement initiatives.
Design and maintain dynamic dashboards and automated reports in Power BI to monitor critical
HR KPIs including Time to Hire, Quality of Hire, Turnover Rate, Performance Category, and Promotions
Use DAX and Power Query (M language) to Transform Data, Create Calculated Measure and Columns, and build robust data models that ensure accurate and insightful reporting.
Partner with HR business units to translate operational challenges into measurable indicators and actionable solutions.
Present clear, data-driven recommendations to senior management for ongoing and future HR strategies.
Maintain high data integrity by managing HR datasets from sources like Excel, SharePoint, and HRIS systems.
Lead exploratory analysis and data storytelling efforts to inform policy design and HR process improvements.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience in HR Analytics, HR data management, or business intelligence roles.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, DAX, and a strong understanding of Power Query (M language).
Demonstrated experience in designing HR dashboards, tracking KPIs, and communicating insights across non-technical stakeholders.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex analyses into strategic insights.
Familiarity with HRIS systems and workforce data structures.
