Key Responsibilities :
1. Cross-Functional Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Partner with hiring managers across all departments—especially Engineering, Product, and IT—to understand and forecast hiring needs.
- Develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies for both tech and non-tech roles, aligning with the organization’s workforce plan.
- Provide market insights and support headcount planning in collaboration with the OD team.
2. Full-Cycle Recruitment Execution
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.Lead recruitment for tech roles (e.g., software engineers, data analysts, DevOps), as well as roles in business operations, sales, marketing, and HR.Facilitate structured interviews and help teams assess both technical and cultural fit.3. Tech Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
Leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche platforms to source high-caliber tech candidates.Build and maintain active pipelines of both technical and business talent for future hiring needs.Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and long-term relationship building.4. Recruitment Tools, Reporting & Analytics
Utilize ATS and HR systems to track recruitment activities and ensure data accuracy.Monitor recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, source of hire, offer acceptance) and provide regular reports to HR leadership.Recommend improvements in recruitment processes and candidate experience.Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years focused on tech hiring.Proven success hiring for both technical and non-technical roles in fast-paced environments.Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, GitHub, Stack Overflow).Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
