  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and aligning IBM software solutions to their business challenges.
  • Conduct live demos and presentations to showcase IBM software capabilities.
  • Design and execute PCs to validate IBM solutions in customer environments.
  • Work closely with account managers to develop winning sales strategies.
  • Assist in creating technical proposals, responses to RFPs, and other sales documentation.
  • Provide insights on IBM software advantages compared to competitors.
  • Conduct sessions to educate customers and partners on IBM solutions.
  • Share customer insights and requirements to influence product development.
  • Strong technical knowledge of IBM software solutions (e.g., AI, Cloud, Automation, Security, or Data & Analytics).
  • 2-4 years of Experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical features into business benefits.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and technical teams.
