You will leverage your expertise in talent acquisition to identify and engage highly skilled candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process that aligns with our business objectives. Responsibilities :

• Plan and manage the steps involved in the interview and selection processes, such as screening calls, tests, and in-person interviews using niche platforms.
• Utilize our ATS to review candidate data, including credentials and contact information.
• Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes.
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.
• Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals when needed.
• Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements.
• Keep up to date with new technological trends and products.
