Processing new hire paperwork (Contract, NDA, Security policy)
Manage benefits administration, leave management, and employee data maintenance.
Coordinate employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews and clearance procedures.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated and adhered to by employees.
Training :
Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee knowledge, skills, and performance.
Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and design customized training modules.
Coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communication.
Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
Onboarding :
Develop and execute a structured onboarding program for new hires to ensure a smooth assimilation into the organization.
Coordinate with hiring managers to create onboarding schedules and provide necessary resources and materials.
Conduct orientation sessions, communicate company policies, and facilitate new hire introductions.
Collect feedback and continuously improve the onboarding process based on employee experiences.
HR System Administration :
Serve as the primary point of contact for HR system-related inquiries and support.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data in the HR system, including new hires, terminations, and employee changes.
Generate reports and analyze HR data to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with IT to resolve system issues and implement system enhancements.
