الوصف الوظيفيEnsure the definition and clarification of quality standards for hospital staff. Supervise and assist in the documentation and review of departmental policies and procedures. Monitor the implementation and organization of internal audits and follow up on the resulting corrective actions. Identify opportunities for improvement and development, and assist in creating plans to implement these opportunities. Assist in internal training for staff to achieve the goals of the Quality Management Department. Develop quality projects according to work requirements. Assist the Quality Management Director in performing their duties. Train hospital staff on accreditation standards and safety standards. Conduct continuous audits of services according to accreditation standards, provide on-the-job training, and report to the Quality Director.
Quality Specialist
- Proven work experience as a Quality Specialist or similar role
- Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance
- Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Relevant training and / or certifications as a Quality Specialist
