Review Technical Specifications, BOQ, Drawings, and related documents and locate potential vendors and suppliers.
Obtain the best prices from subcontractors and suppliers.
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
Help in researching and developing new products.
Maintain pricing information on choice products.
Participate in providing a long-term pricing policy to maximize profits to maintain customer satisfaction.
Negotiate with suppliers to achieve optimum cost quality and to ensure that the target prices of the company's terms and conditions are met.
Review monthly inventory of the stored items and goods using the Warehouse Log and the delivery notes / release notes / Item Return Forms to cross-check.
Review specifications and prepare a list of suppliers' and subcontractors' packages for different Project Disciplines.
Attends bidding negotiations regarding spec and priced B.O.Q and replies to all clarifications required in the tender process.
Prepare contracts, and POs according to given data, follow up on project needs, and prepare to purchase form after pricing the item.
Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical - Electrical).
Experience of 1-2 years in the same field.
Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
Previous Experience in firefighting and fire alarm systems.
General knowledge about CCTV surveillance / security systems / safety systems.
Based in Giza preferred on the 6th of October city / Haram / Mohandsen.
The English language is a must (V. Good at least).
Excellent communication Skills and Negation Skills.
