Support the planning and execution of corporate events, trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, and employee engagement activities.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful event delivery.
Assist with event logistics, branding materials, promotions, budgeting, and post event evaluations.
Site Branding
Implement consistent branding across construction sites and project locations, including signage, safety boards, flags, uniforms, and branded materials.
Work closely with the operations and project teams to ensure timely branding setup and alignment with corporate identity.
Conduct site visits and audits to monitor branding compliance and visibility.
Assist in developing and updating site branding templates and guidelines.
Internal Communications
Assist in the execution of internal communication plans to keep employees informed and aligned.
Draft content for internal newsletters, announcements, and employee engagement campaigns.
Coordinate with HR and other departments to support onboarding and internal initiatives. External Communications.
Support external communication activities such as press releases, announcements, and public engagement materials.
Collaborate with digital teams to ensure marketing efforts are amplified across digital and social platforms.
Maintain alignment with the company’s branding and messaging strategy.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or any related field.
3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on events and communications.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in both English and Arabic.
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
Experience in construction, energy, or infrastructure sectors.
Familiarity with design tools and digital platforms.
