الوصف الوظيفيPrepare proposals, request quotes and negotiate purchase terms and conditionsPrepare and issue purchase orders and agreementsMonitor supplier performance and resolve issues and concernsInspect and evaluate the quality of purchased items and resolve shortcomingsAnalyze industry and demand trends and support senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategiesCoordinate and monitor supply chain operationsEnsure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectivelyUtilize logistics IT tools to optimize proceduresSupervise orders, tracking shipments, to ensure they meet needsCommunicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction.Plan and track the shipment according to customer requirementsKeep logs and records.Prepare accurate reports for upper management when required.Proven work experience as a Procurement Specialist or similar roleGood working knowledge of purchasing strategiesExcellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skillsStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and with business application software, purchasing and resource planning systemsA bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management or a similar field preferredProven experience as logistics coordinatorExperience in customer service will be appreciatedKnowledge of laws, regulations, Saudi SABER system and ISO requirementsAbility to work with little supervision and track multiple processesComputer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP) such as Odoo & ERP systems.Outstanding organizational and coordination abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBSc / BA in business administration, supply chain management or relevant fieldProficiency in English reading and writing (intermediate level) is preferred.Possesses good computer skills and use Microsoft Excel specifically.
