الوصف الوظيفيContracting with external shipping companies to transport goods to international customers. Reviewing documents related to incoming and outgoing shipments for customs compliance before shipping and verifying them upon arrival. Assisting in tracking vessel arrivals with maritime agencies for inbound and outbound shipments and obtaining shipping permits. Coordinating with transport contractors and arranging the transport of shipments in collaboration with the warehouse department. Calculating and requesting checks for customs fees and maritime agency dues through the financial department and following up on their submission to the bank. Updating the Logistics Manager on new customs regulations, circulars, and exchange rates. Reporting work challenges and proposed improvements to the department manager. Performing any other tasks assigned within the scope of work. Bachelor's degree in Commerce or an equivalent qualification. 3 years of experience in a similar role (FMCG industry preferred). Knowledge of ERP systems for logistics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Problem-solving skills. Logical analysis. Time management. Effective communication. Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
