We are currently looking to hire Customer Service Representatives to join our team.

Work Location : KM 28, Cairo-Alex Desert Road, Giza, Egypt

Shifts Available :

For Males (Rotational Night Shifts) :

05 : 00 PM to 01 : 00 AM

01 : 00 AM to 09 : 00 AM

For Females (Morning Shift) : 09 : 00 AM to 05 : 00 PM

Salary Packages :

Morning Shift (Females) :

8,600 EGP base gross

1,000 EGP KPI

3,312 EGP morning shift transportation allowance

Total : 12,912 EGP Gross = 10,462 EGP Net

Night Shift (Males) :

8,600 EGP base gross

1,000 EGP KPI

5,520 EGP night shift transportation allowance

Total : 15,120 EGP Gross = 12,227 EGP Net

Benefits : Social Insurance, Medical Insurance

Required Profile :

Experience in any bilingual call center (handling both English & Arabic calls)

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Education : Graduates only

Language : Excellent English speakers (B1 or B1+ level)
