الوصف الوظيفيBachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical – Industrial – Chemical) or related field Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or equivalent certification Experience with quality management systems like ISO 9001 Proficiency in statistical analysis software Strong knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing principles Excellent communication and teamwork skills Prior experience in a similar role Familiarity with compliance standards specific to the industry Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field 3+ years of experience in a quality control role Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools, such as Six Sigma and ISO 9001 Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities & Duties
- Conduct regular quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet the company's quality standards and customer expectations
- Design and implement quality control processes and procedures to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the department
- Develop and maintain quality control documentation and records
- Lead root cause analysis efforts for quality defects and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
- Provide training and support to team members on quality control processes and procedures
- Stay up to date with industry trends and regulations to ensure that our processes are in compliance with relevant standards
