Prepare ad hoc / event promotion proposals by trade with sales team and cooperate with FSMs / STLs to build and implement trade activities plan.
- Prepare monthly closing reports for all activities in traditional trade sector and propose corrective actions, if needed.
- Coordinate with Product specialist the execution of launching new products and follow up the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)’ report and send to concerned sales managers.
- Weekly market visits to monitor products’ availability and visibility, price fishing, sales team’ relationship with customers, and recommend corrective actions.
- Implement trade activities “building, road shows” at retail wholesalers to increase awareness, sales and customers’ loyalty.
- Review and update promotional calendar on monthly basis.
- Monitor the display’ rent, trading activity’ spending and update the Sales Analyst on monthly basis.
- Responsible for splitting / monitoring promotional stock on sales sectors, as per Company’ Sales Manager’s instructions.
- Review invoices received from merchandisers’ outsourcer and coordinate with accounting to execute payment upon Company Sales Manager’ approval.
- Coordinate with Procurement to purchase required uniforms for merchandisers / promoters.
- Provide new comers with product knowledge’ presentations such as Sales Team Leaders, as and when needed.
- Coordinate with the Art Designer the execution of flyers, banners, magazines, …etc required for Trade Marketing’ activities.
- Update, on monthly basis, Price Positioning Report and discuss recommendations with the Company Sales Manager and Channel Managers and submit it for approval.
- Update company’s Price List and Traders Offers, on monthly basis and submit it for Company Sales Manager.
- Responsible for monthly allocation of Loyalty Program’ points / hidden incentives to wholesalers in order to push sales as needed.
- Align merchandising & trade marketing teams to achieve brand’s plan & increase visibility in the region.
- Set weekly meetings with Merchandisers head & Trade Marketing Analysts to follow-up on the tasks on hand & accordingly set supportive / corrective actions.
- Manage & develop skills set of merchandising and trade marketing teams.
- Train Sales on brand and product positioning, consumer benefits and planogram.
- Follow-up on Quarterly basis with CSU on Slow Moving & dead items depletion process in warehouses.
- Analyze Sales with Trade Marketing to segregate Base Sales and Promotional growth to set a proper base for Sales Forecast.
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
- 2 to 3 years of experience in similar field
