الوصف الوظيفيDevelop sales to achieve business targets and expand the company market presence.Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers and key stakeholders in the construction industry.Identify new business opportunities and drive market penetration for building materials products.Provide technical guidance and product recommendations to clients based on their project requirements.Monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition.Oversee the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring effective negotiation and contract management.Collaborate with internal teams (operations and business development) to align sales efforts with company goals.Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, managing expectations and providing excellent after-sales support.Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts and performance analysis to senior management.Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.At least 7 years of experience in sales within the building materials industry (preferably concrete and concrete-related products)Strong knowledge of construction materials, project management and procurement processes.Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.Excellent leadership, negotiation and communication skills.Experience in handling large-scale projects and managing key accounts.A strong network of contacts within the construction and real estate sectors.Experience in managing high-value contracts and tenders.Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic sales plans.
