Role Purpose
The Digital Healthcare Engagement & Operations Sr. Specialist is integral to the seamless execution of sales operations, encompassing invoice and purchase order management, vendor relations, and event coordination. This role demands a meticulous individual with exceptional organizational and communication skills to bolster the sales team and elevate customer satisfaction.
Job Profile
Invoice and Purchase Order Processing :
- Receive and collect invoices from vendors / suppliers and governmental & private sectors.
- Verify invoices against corresponding purchase orders and delivery receipts.
- Review invoices for accuracy, including quantities and prices.
- Achieve collection targets.
Payment Management :
Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices.Follow up on outstanding invoices and manage payment reminders.Vendor Management :
Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors / suppliers.Address vendor inquiries and resolve issues related to purchase orders or invoices.Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors, including payment terms.Event Planning and Execution :
Plan and coordinate events, conferences, workshops, webinars, and customer engagement programs in collaboration with the marketing team and external affairs teamTeam Collaboration :
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, design, and external agencies to align marketing strategies and achieve common objectives.Support the finalization of contractual agreements with new strategic partners.Sales Data Management :
Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring all relevant information, such as contact details, interactions, and sales history, is accurately recorded.Sales Team Collaboration :
Work closely with the sales team to support their efforts in achieving sales targets, including coordinating sales events and providing feedback on customer preferences and needs.Qualifications and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience of 3-4 years in sales support or vendor management.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Commercial background is required.Skills :
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.Effective communication skills in both written and verbal formats, with proficiency in Arabic and English.
