الوصف الوظيفيStudy and review all project contract documents including the time schedule, design drawings, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).Prepare and modify shop drawings, ensuring coordination and timely approval from the project consultant.Coordinate civil and architectural shop drawings with electromechanical components to prevent conflicts.Identify and report any unexpected technical difficulties or construction issues to the Technical Office Team Leader for resolution.Collaborate with the procurement department to identify and evaluate qualified suppliers and subcontractors that meet the project's technical requirements.Monitor daily project progress against the planned schedule to ensure timely and efficient execution.Supervise site activities to control costs and ensure adherence to the project budget.Perform quantity surveying to validate the accuracy of materials and resources consumed on-site.Prepare and follow up on client and subcontractor demands, including variation orders (VOs).Manage all document control activities related to the site, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.Perform any other related duties as assigned by the direct manager.Experience from 2 to 3
