This includes ensuring all purchases adhere to legal and ethical standards, procurement policies, procedures, controls, and relevant TE standards.Participates in equipment and spare parts import logistics and compliance with regulations (TEME & OPSBA).Implements a sustainable procurement strategy that integrates environmental and social responsibility.Serves as a multitasking buyer and performs other duties as assigned.Maintains full compliance with all policies, procedures, controls, regulations, Total's established strategies, and local laws.Adheres to HSE policies, standards, and requirements, ensuring compliance with all key HSSE aspects of procurement.Implements audit action plans within the assigned scope.University degree2+ years of experience in Purchasing or similar role, with a proven track record of success in sourcing, cost optimization, and contract negotiation.Demonstrates analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement the best solutions.Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and embraces continuous learning.Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant procurement software (desired).
