Mission description :
The Agri International Operations Supervisor is responsible for :
Customer Appointment Management :
- Ensure thorough understanding of customer appointments. Verify all documentary instructions and acknowledge nominations. Prepare and issue requested documentation, ensuring compliance with instructions. Report discrepancies following AmSpec procedures.
Subcontractor Oversight :
Properly instruct subcontracting parties (inspection companies, inspectors, laboratories, courier companies, etc.). Check their reporting and oversee operations to meet AmSpec quality standards. Report any discrepancies according to AmSpec procedures.Contractual Supervision :
Ensure AmSpec operational staff understands and follows contractual supervision rules. Provide support when necessary.Standardization of Procedures :
Ensure standardization of reporting, execution, and procedures across all AmSpec offices following company guidelines.Issue Reporting :
Report issues that could lead to potential claims per AmSpec procedures. Report non-conformities according to AmSpec procedures.Global Communication :
Ensure inquiries sent to global AmSpec addresses are properly routed. Facilitate communication between executing offices and customers following AmSpec ethical procedures.Administrative Support :
Provide administrative support when necessary. Maintain records, statistics, archives, etc.Financial Management :
Prepare, issue invoices, and follow up on outstanding accounts.Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) Compliance :
Ensure adherence to AmSpec QHSE procedures.Commercial Offer Support :
Assist in the drafting of commercial offers when necessary.Customer Relationship :
Foster excellent communication and relationships with customers. Promote AmSpec services.These activities will be carried out on products processed by the Agri division.
Profile required
3 to 5 years’ experience in trading or inspection. Experience in international trade is a plus.
Skills
Technical : Knowledge of contracts (Fosfa, Gafta, etc.), inspection standards and regulations (customs, transit and logistics) is important.Linguistics : Fluent English imperativeIT : Proficiency in Pack OfficeBehavioral : Good interpersonal skills, Autonomous, Initiative, Analytical skills, Team spirit.General Information
