Recruitment and Onboarding :

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process, including paperwork, orientation, and training.

Employee Relations :

  • Handle employee inquiries and concerns, addressing issues promptly and professionally.
  • Manage employee relations activities, such as performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Benefits Administration :

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time off policies.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable benefits laws and regulations.
  • Training and Development :

  • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Coordinate employee development initiatives, such as mentoring and coaching.
  • Payroll Processing :

  • Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
  • Maintain employee records and comply with payroll regulations.
  • Compliance :

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including labor standards, equal opportunity, and safety.
  • Conduct regular audits and implement necessary corrective actions.
  • HR Projects :

  • Participate in various HR projects, such as policy development, employee surveys, and organizational change initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS systems)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
