Job Requirements :
- University degree in computer science or related field
- 1 - 2 years of experience providing end-user support.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including extended shifts.
- Good knowledge of networking protocols (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs)
- Familiarity with major technical systems including : desktop operating systems,
Active Directory, MS SCCM, print servers, and AV controllers
- Basic knowledge of network systems and principles
- Familiarity with various software applications and basic computer hardware
- Strong customer service skills, particularly in a financial services environment.
- Ability to actively listen and understand customer issues, and provide solutions in a clear and professional manner.
Preferred Qualifications :
- IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, MCSA) are a plus.
