Key Responsibilities :
Financial Leadership :
- Lead and manage the finance team across multiple properties or business units.
- Develop and implement financial strategy aligned with company goals.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior management.
Financial Planning and Analysis :
Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.Provide variance analysis and recommendations to improve financial performance.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.Financial Reporting :
Oversee timely and accurate financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual).Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and local tax regulations.Present financial reports to the board and executive team.Cash Flow and Treasury Management :
Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and liquidity planning.Optimize working capital and investment strategies.Cost Control and Operational Efficiency :
Collaborate with operations teams to manage costs without compromising service quality.Identify and implement financial controls and process improvements.Compliance and Risk Management :
Ensure adherence to legal, tax, and regulatory requirements.Oversee audits and coordinate with external auditors.Assess and manage financial risks.Technology and Systems :
Drive automation and improvements in financial systems and reporting tools.Ensure systems are scalable and fit for purpose.Qualifications and Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).Minimum of 8–10 years of financial leadership experience, ideally in the hospitality, hotel, or tourism sector.Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and team leadership.Experience working with property management systems (e.g., Opera, MICROS, or similar) and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).Key Competencies :
