The Operations HR Generalist supports day-to-day HR operations and ensures the smooth and efficient delivery of HR services across departments.This role is responsible for aligning HR practices with business goals, focusing on workforce planning, compliance, employee relations, and operational support.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a hands-on approach, and demonstrates strong knowledge of HR functions and employment laws.Key Responsibilities :
- Employee Relations :
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, resolve employee issues, and support a positive workplace culture.
- Compliance :
Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies. Assist in audits and maintain documentation for regulatory compliance.
- HR Metrics :
Generate HR reports and analyze data to support operational and strategic decisions.
- Operational Support :
Collaborate with the operations team to align workforce planning with business needs, ensure staffing levels meet operational requirements.
Qualifications :
- English Fluency is a Must
- Ability to work Night shifts and Rotational days off
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR generalist or HR operations roles in BPO.
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
