- Oversee all production processes, ensuring smooth and efficient operations that meet daily, weekly and seasonal production targets.

Oversee the maintenance and reliability of Sorting, Sizing, production, processing, and packaging machinery to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.Work closely with maintenance teams to implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.Ensure proper calibration and servicing of equipment to maintain product quality and safety standards.Plan and oversee infrastructure upgrades, renovations, or expansions and coordinate with PMO to support the long-term operational needs of the plant.Support Business Growth and Innovation
Collaborate with commercial and supply chain teams to introduce new products and support market expansion strategies.Drive innovation in processing, packaging, and technology adoption to enhance the competitiveness of the plant’s product offerings.Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in date processing and packaging to maintain a competitive edge. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or Agriculture) or Food Science10+ years of experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, or Agri-processing industriesAt least 5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Plant Manager or Operations Manager)Proven track record in managing Seasonal Operations and high-volume food processing (preferably in date processing, dried fruits, or similar industries).Experience in multi-site management is highly desirableStrong knowledge of OEE, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, and Continuous Improvement methodologiesStrong knowledge of Food Safety and Compliance with international standards (BRC, ISO 22000, GMP, SMETA).Experience in Industry 4.0 is a strong advantage.
